State Representative Anthony Rodriguez is a businessman, family man and a philanthropist within his community. Anthony was born and raised in Miami, and is incredibly proud of his Cuban heritage and supportive immigrant parents. He is the President and CEO of Florida Advanced Properties, a property management company managing over 65 condominium complexes in South Florida. For the past 12 years, alongside his wife, the family business continues to thrive and succeed. His focus over the past 3 years has been working tirelessly representing District 118 and the 160,000 constituents living, working and raising their families in our community.
In his first term and against all odds, he went off to defeat his opponent who was an incumbent in the Florida House of Representatives. One of only two Republicans that were able to take the seat of an incumbent. In his second term he was enthusiastically re-elected as the District 118 State Representative.
Representative Rodriguez has concentrated his efforts in conservative business friendly legislation. Local and State organizations have recognized Rodriguez and rated him an “A” in his political career.
In his private life, Rodriguez is married to his high school sweetheart and they have 3 school age children (2 boys & 1 girl).
Since the pandemic began in March 2020, he and his team have had the privilege to continuously provide meals weekly through Feeding South Florida at several different locations to thousands of families. This weekly food distribution continues today.
Representative Rodriguez sits on the Board of the Public Health Trust and is an active member of several charities and business organizations. His primary hobby is serving the needs and representing the constituents in District 118.
