Jenna Persons-Mulicka was first elected to serve the residents of House District 78 in 2020. A sixth generation Lee County resident, Jenna’s respect and passion for public service stems from generations of investment and leadership in Southwest Florida.
After graduating from Fort Myers High School, Jenna attended Evangel University on a tennis scholarship, and studied law at the George Washington University Law School. Jenna returned to her beloved Southwest Florida after graduating from law school to build her career where she grew up. She is a founding partner in the Strayhorn & Persons law firm and helps run the growing law firm today.
Jenna’s commitment to community runs deep in Fort Myers. She serves on the Florida Commission on the Status of Women, is a member of the Lee County Republican Executive Committee as well as the National Republican Lawyers Association, and was named to the 40 under 40 list of both Gulfshore Business and the Business Observer.
A passionate advocate for Fort Myers and Southwest Florida, Jenna has watched our slice of paradise grow from a sleepy beach town into a world-class destination for business, education, and leisure. She knows that conservative leadership is the driving force behind the high quality of life we enjoy.
Jenna lives in Fort Myers with her husband David Mulicka and is a proud stepmother to Charlie.
